@Crazylogan101 I don't think they're doing Community Q&As anymore since the games already out, but the DLC pack was only available from pre-ordering. V-Sing (a mod in the SR forums who works at Volition) said that it won't ever be on the marketplace. You can still go on co-op with someone and use the Manapult if they get it out of their garage and let you use it though

@SomeEnglishGamer The're only available if you buy the DLC that adds those cheats. However you can use the money cheat and the respect cheat to get all the upgrades in the beginning of the game. There are upgrades for infinite ammo for every weapon class and invincibility to all types of damage. (Bullets, fire, falls, etc.)

@GamingOfTheSins Saints Row 2 had a notoriously bad PC port: Major frame rate issues (particularly when in a car), an odd default control scheme, etc. The cited reason is that Volition outsourced the port to another company, who did a bad job. This time they're handling the PC version themselves.
