i like this concept a lot.

there's an app called "barcodes" for the iphone that can read those codes, but it's not quite as implemented to iphones as it is on androids. androids already use it on a regular basis for example for downloads. alot of webpages that test android apps have the QR code showing on the side for fast downloads
