  • @HardySlash1 Bir gün gelecekler... Bunu biliyorum <3

  • lan bi çığlık atmasanız yarrak yemiş gibi.duyulmuyo hiç bi bok

  • LOL @ buckethead..

    Axl = fail now..

  • Welcome to the jungle

    It gets worse here everyday

Ya learn ta live like an animal

  • we hate axl because he made them leave

  • That's awesome Turkish Rockss

  • slash and duff left Guns N Roses.

why hate axl or the new guys in GNR for decisions made by slash and duff?

  • @blueskiesbrowneyes cause axl made them leave...

  • @Tmonota, you seem unaware of the facts.

not ONE of the Appetite for Destruction line-up was EVER fired by Axl. Steven Adler was COLLECTIVELY fired by GNR as his drug addiction was out of control- Slash agreed with this decision.

Slash & Duff have BOTH admitted that they CHOSE to leave & Axl tried hard to get them to stay in GNR. Duff said he left in 1997 for multiple reasons (he was having a baby & wanted to be with his wife in Seattle etc) & Axl offered him all the money he wanted to stay.

  • @Tmonota

slash said in his Autobiography that he left GNR in 1996 & for 2 YEARS, Axl kept the door open for Slash.

According to Slash's autobiography, Axl called Slash's wife, father, even security guy to get them to convince him to return.

so this completely destroys the claim that Axl "made" anybody leave.

Slash's own best friend, Marc Canter, has said that Slash got big-headed and left GNR.

  • @blueskiesbrowneyes i agree with most of the things you said, but i have to disagree that slash was the one getting bigheaded. Axl was going for the copyrights and all paperstuff like that, he also wanted to go more into that mainstream MTV thing back then. He also fired Gilby and there old manager just because he didn't "like" em, also a big reason why slash left. There "new" manager back then was all about to clean gnr out back then. How he did that? He sucked up to axl and gave him anything

  • @Tmonota, there's some fundamental misconceptions in your post since youre going 100% by slash's account which unfortunately Slash has himself contradicted so many times that his credibility is seriously in doubt.

firstly, Axl didnt "go for" copyrights at ANY stage- Axl, Duff and Slash CONTINUE to own all material from old GNR (everything before Chinese Democracy). All old GNR members get their share of sales of all old material- Axl has never tried to change this.

  • @Tmonota, Slash/ Duff however sued Axl in 2005 to try to remove his ownership of all of old GNR material-Axl's own songs. that sound fair?

what Axl legally got possession of was the GNR name i.e everything GNR records from Sept 1995 onwards is under Axl's possession. This contract was signed between Axl, Slash & Duff (since they were the only other co-owners of the GNR name by then) in 1992. Slash admits in his book that the contract was put in Escrow till mid 1995 when it came into effect.

  • @Tmonota, so Slash and Duff CONSENTED to the terms of the contract which was designed WITH their lawyers complete involvement in 3 years. Slash himself admits in his book that his lawyers "haggled" over the contract.

In 1994 Slash kept saying that Axl wanted to get "mainstream" but when was GNR EVER not mainstream? in 2007 in his book, Slash said that musical differences were no issue. so which one is it? unfortunately Slash tells whatever story that works at the time.

  • @Tmonota , Gilby was fired in 1994 & Slash was in GNR till 1996- that conclusively proves that Gilby's firing was NOT the reason for Slash leaving. Gilby was never meant to be a permanent member anyway. listen to Axl's Rockline interview from 1991. Axl is 100% clear that GIlby's in to replace Izzy for the UYI tour & not quite for future song-writing. remember how Izzy left & GNR had to scramble for a replacement for the tour?Slash himself says in his book that he supported Alan Niven's firing.

  • @blueskiesbrowneyes he wanted. Axl didnt talked with the bandmembers back then, he told goldberg ( i'm not sure bout the name though ) and goldberg told the band + he almost never went to any band-rehearsal.

I really dont wanna argue about who made whom leave or who got bigheaded.

All i can say that all of the bandmembers are doin fine now, i even appreciate what axl has done to get a "new" gnr back up.

  • @Tmonota, Slash says Axl never talked to band members but according to Duff, Axl came out to Seattle to help Duff learn a healthy lifestyle after Duff's pancreas nightmare.

not only does that suggest that Axl WAS talking to band-members, it also shows he cared alot for them.

Marc Canter is Slash's best friend who funded GNR in the 80's when they had nothing. why would he lie? he says GNR had 7 songs done when slash left. how did they get those songs done if Axl wasnt talking to anyone?

  • @blueskiesbrowneyes not really dude. axl did call slash's father, wife etc but only because he saw them 2 as gnr's main members wich was not true. slash sais so in his bio that axl had arranged a dinner and stuff for just them 2 and that he was going on about how they were the main members of gnr and stuff and that axl was taking alot of decisions on his own. also the fact that he didnt turn up for rehearsles and the others contected him only via managers didnt help so he kinda made them leave

  • @billygnrvr, youre making two fundamental mistakes here. firstly, youre taking Slash's book as if its the gospel- its not. its simply slash's self-serving account.

secondly, duff's account clearly contradicts slash's. he wrote in his Seattle Weekly column about Axl coming out to Seattle specially to be with Duff & help him develop a healthy, drug-free existence after Duff's pancreas operation. Duff also says that BOTH Axl & Slash came to him repeatedly to talk about the trouble in the band.

  • @billygnrvr, Duff also says that when he quit GNR in 1997, Axl offered him as much money as he wanted & went to great lengths trying to convince him to stay but Duff had made up his mind.

all of this completely disproves the claim that Axl considered only Slash &himself important to GNR.

according to Slash's best friend Marc Canter (who financed GNR's early career & published a book Reckless Life) GNR had 7 songs recorded when Slash quit. obviously not possible if Axl wasnt turning up.

  • @blueskiesbrowneyes of course its possible because if you knew your facts you would know it was 7 songs WITHOUT axl's vocals. axl only put vocals on songs when they were all completely finished and this happened on all the albums. also the fact that axl helped duff with his health problems is natural cause they were friends for so many years. however this has nothing to do with how axl saw things on a professional level in which he saw himself and slash as the main ingredients of gnr

  • @billygnrvr, nopes. Marc Canter said GNR had 7 SONGS ready and that suggests songs- not just music. Marc Canbter is Slash's best friend and has ZERO reason to lie.

Axl helping Duff with his health and choosing to go out to SEattle to be with him decimates Slash's claims that Axl had zero communication with the other members besides what the management conveyed back and forth.

Duff himself has said that Axl tried hard to get him to stay so that further falsifies Slash's version.

  • @billygnrvr, also Duff said about this "lost album" that GNR was working on before Slash left that it would have no ballads. this clearly shows that Axl was actually obliging the others rather than imposing his own views because he is well-known to like ballads & Slash/Duff are known to have opposed ballads even Sweet Child o Mine.

Axl made nobody leave. Slash admits that for 2 years after he left, Axl kept the door open for him.

slash left. Axl has every right to move on with GNR.

  • @blueskiesbrowneyes also you cannot base the theory that axl was 'obliging the others' just by saying that 'usually' axl liked ballads cause you dont know waht might have happened. they never FINISHED an album with no ballads it was just duff's wuote.. so what? slash and duff said in 1993 that they werent breaking up and continued to do so untill 1996.. does that mean that it was true?of course not. your basing axl's reactions on what you think was going to happen rather than what did

  • @billygnrvr, according to your weird and patently one-sided logic, anything Slash says (& hes changed statements so often its hard to keep track) should be believed blindly & all evidence that challenges his version must be thrown out. this is absurd.

they never finished the album for 1 simple reason- Slash walked out & the material was scrapped.

Duff's word is ABSOLUTELY important. he was there. he said with great firmness that the next album would have no ballads- shows Axl's flexibility.

  • @billygnrvr, why should what was said be discounted? what happened ultimately does NOT change the fact that certain plans were laid up & announced. Slash relapsed again on drugs after Contraband- according to your logic that would mean his period of being clean before then never happened because only what happened later matters. this is illogical.

  • @billygnrvr as I said, Duff was in a position to know where the music was going- he's not one to make idle statements. he said FIRMLY the album would have no ballads - he would never have said that if he had no communication with Axl.

Matt also said that album would have real groove, not be polished like Use Your Illusion. all indications are that Axl was not being dogmatic. ballads and working minutely and polish are things Axl is known for.

  • blueskiesbrowneyes well your basing your stuff on anything duff and marc canter says. and btw those songs were with NO VOCALS. this is stupid.all 4 paragraphs you wrote are about claims certain members/ people said.exactlay slash said he would be clean but in 04 he fell on drugs.duff 'firmly' said no ballads but you stil dont know wht WASgoing to happen?matt said groove? ballads can have grooves.anyway this is silly, one day i hope you realize what really went on cause you seem to be axl's boy

  • @billygnrvr, again, Marc Canter said 7 songs, not 7 music tracks.

this is "stupid" to u only because u want to bury all info that challenges slash's version of events (which changes according to his convenience). u are Slash's boy so ure having problems with him being called out.

in 1994 Slash said he wouldnt allow any changes in GNR's musical style, in 2007 in his book he said musical differences were no issue. in 2010 he says "i was sticking to my style". cant keep his story straight.

  • @billygnrvr, its not "claims" that im reporting- its direct quotes from Duff, Matt & Marc Canter- 2 of those 3 were IN the band whose album-to-be is being discussed here, the 3rd is a very important source. OF COURSE they knew what shape the album was taking, Matt & Duff were ON the album! so by what logic are their words to be discounted?

sure ballads can have grooves but matt said the album wouldnt be sophisticated like UYI- sophistication being associated with Axl.

  • @billygnrvr, Marc Canter, Duff &Matt had no reason to lie. they simply described the work that had been put in & their words definitely disprove the simplistic claim that Axl was showing no flexibility- quite the contrary.

i hope one day u realize what actually happened because ur version of "truth" = simply believing every words that Slash says.

well from 2005-2007 Slash denied having gone to Axl's house in 2005 but he admitted it in 2007- dont rely on Slash's word, it changes too often.

  • i can only hear the crowd singing ... great filming though...

  • and izzy

    ; (

  • wow.. this looks so awesome

  • I wish they would all just make up, and get back together..but that will probably NEVER happen.

  • How lame audience :S like 5 people singing along in the first row -_-

  • i mean i never saw them live but if i did it would not be same slash is gone

  • That makes sense lmao.Current players are very skilled and aside from improv(something slash could never do) they sound dead on.Half the people here are slash fans not gnr fans.Idk about you but when I go to a concert its to hear live music and watch the band perform not to see one guy in the band.

  • yeah i did realize that, so...?? what'd i say to offend you? but serious GNR isn't GNR without slash

  • i saw them live they really arent bad. i just think it's stupid for you to think that the whole of the band revolves aroud slash.

  • Lol I love Turkey and Guns n Roses!! "P

  • @rocker4141 oh don't feel bad about that, I didn't mean animals like dogs, monkeys... just not organized human beings ;) and hey... I live in an apartment, that is I'm sure far more luxurious than yours, and I own it.

  • @alexilaiho1st you bet that ha? :D

  • orda olmalıydııım!!!!

  • i was there, it's louder than you think, if you're recording, it's just how loud the people are around you, that's why you can bareley hear the FUCKING music on the cam-corder

  • how could axl do this to the rest of them.. i hate him for it. its just tacky.

  • God the fucking crowd don't even know the lyrics...why don't the dickheads just shutup and appreciate great music...remind me never to go to Turkey if it's full of prats like that...

  • Comment removed

  • @RoadRunnerDrummerJD you wont live so long if you come dude;)

  • I just want to yell SHUT THE FUCK UP!! at these people

  • man gnr is like 1 of the best band if not then it is the best band,

  • daaamn, they should turn up the music so you dont hear screaming from the fans.

  • But it is not that it is singing

  • slash god [2]

  • why would slash be playing with axl in 2006 after they broke up in 1994 and havent spoken to eachtother? i know wut ur gonna say it took u 3 months to come up with that..i was looking over my old comments..that is bucket head though can bet my guitars on that

  • thats not buckethead. he stopped playing with them in 2001/2002. thats robin finck. you owe me your guitars. where shall we meet?

  • well my guitars are safely on their stands in my room..so we can meet in my ass =p..but yeah ur right i'm really a huge fan of the old GNR days from like '88 to 94 when slash left

  • slash god!!!

  • Im surprised Axl didn't tackle the guy filming this.

  • LOL!

  • AHAHHAHAHAHHAHAH

    :P

  • the old gnr is waaaaayyy better than this shit

  • "Welcome to the jungle...mna ahm mn nma e neees neees..." lol looks so much fun from where this was film! 5 stars

  • sick they are still the best

  • AWESOME PYROTECHNICS!

  • Axl got his name from Oral sex :)

Anyhow axl aint an asshole... hes a genius :)

Other band members didnt like his creativity, and started whining.. But his creativity payed out on songs like November rain and estranged (Band Brakeup)--- SAlute GNR

  • actually the other band members didnt like the fact that axl was started to act like an asshole and made them late on stage for every show, also he tried to get full rights for the band name (which he ventually did which is how he is now in a version of guns n roses with just him and a bunch of losers.

  • Then why did for 4 years axl refuse to work with any guitarist except slash? this was after the breakup.

  • because he knew that without slash it wasnt the same band and that the only way he would be popular is if slash came back. He practically pleaded for slash to come back just so he could make more fuckin money for himself, hed lost all respect for the band itself

  • Yeah, that is why gnr can still sell out shows but velvet revolver can't. He didnt beg or plead. I just enjoyed working with slash because slash made great music.

He hasn't lost any respect, Guns N' Roses still rocks. With or without slash.

  • that was a bad hair cut

  • lol shows u know a lot of facts, Slash and Axl dont "not like eachother" they simply arent friends anymore, his name isnt AXEL its AXL

  • I'm sorry, AXL and Slash are not fond of each other, which I would think is close to disliking each other, seeing as Axl is kind of an asshole. Thanks for the correction of the spelling. Pop quiz: where did Axl get his name from?

  • Rose was his dads last name, but he didnt know about it till he was like 17, so he adapted it then, and AXL was his first band, and once again its close to disliking but its not like they do dislike eachother, its more of like 2 strangers with negative thoughts about eachother meeting on the street

  • I think that the guy who said he got his name from an anagram of oral sex is right, as that is what I read about in a magazine feature about the band. And I think you're right about the level of dislike between the two. It's a shame that they won't work together anymore.

  • yah kinda sucks doesnt it:P

  • guns´n roses forever

  • man its good but neva the same, Slash and Duff and Wat eva the other 2 guys wer called, its not the same!

  • i was takin fuckin video of this in the concert and fuckin turkish fag comes to me and said, wanna go home boy, put ur camera away wtf

  • wtf? that musta sucked

  • What, do you expect them to shut up.

  • i think the old version was better

  • new guitarist is something finck and buckethead was in it for a while

  • the crowd ruins it!!!!

  • the crowd ruins it!!!!

  • What, do you expect them to shut up.

  • Wow and lolz! What a loud and a die hard crowd. That's pretty weird but crazy at the same time.

  • hakkaten komık olmus sadece welcomte to the jungle kısmını b ılıo mıllet =D

  • ang gulo ng video.

  • harika bi konseri olağanüstü yalnız millet sözleri bilmiyor sadece welcome to the jungle kısmını söylemişler çeken kişinin yakınındakiler çok komik olmuş ehehehe G N'R FOREVER

  • Er...second verse....

  • I love that the crowd forgot the lyrics on the second chorus.

  • crazy crowd vocals.

  • at about 2:15, that guys cell phone looks ( i think) exactly like the phone in the camera's view of the Athens WTTJ. check that out =P

  • al parecer Axl aun tiene gracia.. grax:)

  • This is a great cover band !!!

3 guitar players for a Slash ? It sounds far!

I cant wait to here new stupid songs and have a good laugh!!!I bet Slash cant wait too.:)

Yes You are in the jungle Axl and this GNR is gonna die !Slash #1!

  • slash is qoted on saying "Chinese Democracy" is a awsome classic album!

  • 3 guitar players for Slash and Izzy/Gilby.

  • Yeah makes me laugh and cry ;(

  • we waited them a hour and the half...

    but it was excellent performance.

  • go GNR go!

  • still one of the best rock stars this world has ever seen

  • It's cool to hear the turkish people singing along to the song and the audienance where ever Axl was standing eyes followed him. I was the same when i saw him Chiba and Budokan Hall in Japan. YEAH AXL!!!!

  • you guys r sad ur lucky that gnr members r still alive after drugs and everthing we all know if we put back the old gnr theyd be just as good

  • The new GN'R phails.

Axl should've learn how to work better with his old band.

  • The new GNR is better than the old IMO.

  • But not so many people agree with you, too bad.

  • Like i give a shit if people agree with me or not.

Slash is overrated, Robin Finck is better, Buckethead could kick Slash' ass in a guitar duel.

The new guitarists are energetic on stage, the traitor guitarists would just stand there and move around a little bit.

  • Btw, Buckethead's uber style doesn't fit GN'R, Slash does.

"Like I give a shit if people agree with me or not."

Then why did you reply to my first post about the new GN'R?

    Owned.

  • LMAO, now you're going all computer geek on me.

Even if Slash suited GNR better, Buckethead was still better in terms of guitar playing.

I just don't like his gimmick.

And you replied to a comment of mine so I replied to the comment, its just common sense.

  • Mhm, thats why I said bucky's uber style doesn't fit gn'r.

  • Ah ok then, i thought you meant his guitar playing

  • new gnr is a sad joke

  • fuk yeh im in australia n i went to this concert last night wooo fuk yea great song.

  • wow good performance

  • still a bunch of idiots, writing racist messages...THIS IS ROCK, THIS AINT NO RACIST PROPOGANDA CENTER.some people are really weird.anyway, it was a nice performance...

  • i love this band.SLASH ROCKS!!!!!!

  • to hell with slash

    move the fu*k on!

    the show was awesome

    guess you should have there

to understand what it means to see GNR live

  • sucks w/o slash u guys must b hard of hearing
