According to Slash's autobiography, Axl called Slash's wife, father, even security guy to get them to convince him to return.

That makes sense lmao.Current players are very skilled and aside from improv(something slash could never do) they sound dead on.Half the people here are slash fans not gnr fans.Idk about you but when I go to a concert its to hear live music and watch the band perform not to see one guy in the band.

actually the other band members didnt like the fact that axl was started to act like an asshole and made them late on stage for every show, also he tried to get full rights for the band name (which he ventually did which is how he is now in a version of guns n roses with just him and a bunch of losers.

Rose was his dads last name, but he didnt know about it till he was like 17, so he adapted it then, and AXL was his first band, and once again its close to disliking but its not like they do dislike eachother, its more of like 2 strangers with negative thoughts about eachother meeting on the street
