Im a little confused about the hell part because that didnt happen in the movie

That's the thing: It's not meant to be a linear telling of the film's story, like the other dark rides. It's been acknowledged by the Imagineers that it's something along the lines of "Toad's Crazy Dream"

ahahahahahahah i have glasses 2! Whenever i go on Splah Mountain my glasses get covered in drops of water, and i can't see lol
