lol ICs SUCK in brawl. dont take this the wrong way, cause ICs are my fav char in brawl, but nana's new AI is the worst. she kills you a lot if you dont know EXACTLY what youre trying to do. ICs have less combos and their mobility has been taken away due to no WD. ICs in brawl are left to running around fairly uselessly trying to use their inadequate movement speed to capitalize on small mistakes to try to get a grab.

Man, I enver noticed how much my friend plays like Ken. He told me he models his moves after Ken, But wow. Of course he's not as good as Ken but he's pretty good. Our Marth vs Falco matches are pretty awesome. So are our Samus vs Mario ones too.

marth is easy to play at a low level, but at a high level, using his aerial attacks and mastering the nuances of his movement is very very difficult, which is why you see so many more good foxes and peaches than good marths in tournaments.

Also, before you decide whether they suck or not, you should take the European DI into account... It's just ridiculous, and is much harder to combo and KO against than the US and Japanese versions.
