You download the ferrox rar then extract the folder to your usb device (i use my psp) put it in PS3>OTHEROS> place here, then go to your ps3 and go to settings> system settings>install os,

now remeber you need to have a USB keyboard to finish the rest. if you have the keyboard then just follow the instructions on the ps3.

Thats as far as i've gotten cause i dont got a usb keyboard.

But i figured i could try to help
