I think that movie 2 was the best Care Bears movie made...even though I liked movies 1 and 3 also, but when I think of Care Bears, I think of this movie!! I miss being little!!
This song reminds me of my old friends... I have new friends now, but they are not nearly as close to my heart as the old ones... I was born in '79, so I was seven years old when the movie came out. I loved both this one and the first Care Bears movie. I always watched the full credits to this one because I loved this song. I remember this movie from when I was like 5 or 6. My sister used to be 3 and she watched it a lot, to the point I was sick of it. My favorite character was the bad guy. For some reason I just woke up with this song playing in my head. It's been 22 years since I last saw the movie. PS: My sister just walked in as I was writing this, and she remembers the movie as well. Awsome eh?
I had not watched this movie in years to be honest. Hadn't been able to. But just recently I re-watched this with my niece, and as soon as this song came on I teared up a lil. I did think the part where Christy is saved was mad corny even as a kid. To which I will agree with the Nostalgia Critic there. But if the soundtrack CD could even be found, I would repeat this song for sure. No matter how sad this is.
After watching the Nostalgic Critic's review, I can see this movie had a lot of plot holes, poorly made characters, and a story which was a little childish. Still, that's the point. This movie was made for children, and was meant to give a message of simple innocence. I suppose it is simply a sign of how cynical the world has become in the 20 years since this film came out.
I miss the 80s sometimes. People at least knew how to lighten up in those days.

I cry every time I hear this song. It gives me so many memories of being a kid, when things were so simple and innocent. It also makes me realize that I am getting older. Although I can't go back, I hope I can keep that youthful part with me.

I've got the 2 movies on DVD now,and the first thing I did was fast forward it to the credits so I could hear this song! I love it!
I totally agree with 'cybertail' bring back the classics which actually taught u something real and beautiful.

@cootmaster aaaawww! i once got me and my ex-girlfriend a couple of care bears too! i gave her Tenderheart and she gave me Love-a-lot. its was sort of a reflection of each other, i was tender and loving and she loved me with all her heart. i'll never forget her, she was the best thing that ever happened to me.

I remember this movie from when I was like 5 or 6. My sister used to be 3 and she watched it a lot, to the point I was sick of it. My favorite character was the bad guy. For some reason I just woke up with this song playing in my head. It's been 22 years since I last saw the movie. PS: My sister just walked in as I was writing this, and she remembers the movie as well. Awsome eh?

I had not watched this movie in years to be honest. Hadn't been able to. But just recently I re-watched this with my niece, and as soon as this song came on I teared up a lil. I did think the part where Christy is saved was mad corny even as a kid. To which I will agree with the Nostalgia Critic there. But if the soundtrack CD could even be found, I would repeat this song for sure. No matter how sad this is.

After watching the Nostalgic Critic's review, I can see this movie had a lot of plot holes, poorly made characters, and a story which was a little childish. Still, that's the point. This movie was made for children, and was meant to give a message of simple innocence. I suppose it is simply a sign of how cynical the world has become in the 20 years since this film came out.
I miss the 80s sometimes. People at least knew how to lighten up in those days.

This is psychologic torture for a whole generation... they made this heart-warming song for 3-5 year olds, so they could hear it in their adulthood and couldn't help to cry.. didn't hear that song in more than 20 years, and still remembered the tune all these years, and hearing it again is way too much hehehe.... it's beautiful!!

There's something different about this song. I see people of all ages here, all agreeing that this celestial song has the power of humanity. I feel proud to be human when I see Music submit it's Magical Powers & seperate us from all other life on this desperate world. I'm a 28 year old man who listens to artists like Portishead, Björk, Stereophonics, Fever Ray, Squarepusher, 50 Cent, etc! It's not like I'm an MJ Fan who JUST listens to "Nice" Music! This is genuinely a Masterpiece that I Like!

I cry every time I hear this song. It gives me so many memories of being a kid, when things were so simple and innocent. It also makes me realize that I am getting older. Although I can't go back, I hope I can keep that youthful part with me.
