I learned how to juggle when I was 10 (I think), yet I didn't bother learning any more than the 3-ball cascade until this year (I'm now 15, a sophomore in high school). I would say I'm pretty good at 3-ball now, am still working on 4-ball, but I have the standard 4-ball "cascade" down... And I am now working on 5-ball juggling... always nice finding fellow jugglers (:

I learned how to juggle when in junior high in 2001 ish. But i didn't learn much more than the cascade until senior year in high school which was 2006. this video was probably about a year and a half after that.

@absurdmike it would be a lot of practice ive been juggling since 15 years old and im 24 now you would have to juggle at least an hour a day for a year to get on this level maybe more

Where did you buy those balls? Online? Cuz i can't seems to find any good juggling balls (I'm not allowed to buy online).

the balls at the beginning are lacrosse balls. I like the size and weight, and they are over all pretty good, except that they are really bouncy so it's no good to juggle on something like a side walk where the balls will run away from you. I found these, but i think you can buy lacrosse balls at most general sports stores.

balloons filled with sand or rice also work pretty well and are quite cheap I'm sure there are things on the internet showing how to make various kinds of juggling balls.

this video is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise mostly boring or pretentious utube juggling. im a great fan of people who use simpler tricks to greater effect through style and thought than highly technical or numbers juggling, im also very impressed that you havnt edited your mistakes out of this video, it gives it a sense of realism that is very much lacking in nearly every other ut juggling video. very good video

Although i do like highly technical juggling (and am not very good at it) but i also think that people should be too quick to learn a new trick instead of improve the ones they have. people often end up with a bunch of tricks that aren't too well exicuted.

and about showing the drops... i'm not trying to impress anyone. Tis just a way to keep track of my progress, and show my friends what i'm working on.

That would be the "weave," which is a trick related to the burke's barrage. My latest video (one with a blue shirt) has it better at 2.05. Also if you search "juggle weave" you will get a video by Gkid8 that shows the trick in slow motion and also explains a bit.

My advice would be to watch that video and just try to figure it out, it might take some time but would be much easier that me trying to explain it in words. Tis not a trick that lends itself to words.

the trick before the weave is not burkes barrage its generaaly accepted as take outs, i learnt it as b's barrage before finding out that the real b's barrage is where you grab the ball and bring it through the middle of the other 2, opposed to going over the top of both of the balls before bringing it down and around to the other side
