It is a joke about some forigen coach whoa are abuse and do not get paid in Iran, does not have anything with Guatemala and just picked its name.

And yes it is a joke about the interpreter of Ivankovich as well.

It's a clip from a comedy show a few years ago shown on Iranian national t.v. It has nothing to do with Guatemala. Ivancovic (a Croatian) was Iran's coach at the time, had an interpreter who was very animated and would add to what the coach was saying and would relay coach's emotions as well as his words. The interpreter would take victory laps around the field with the coach and people were very amused by him. This t.v. show was making fun of him and for some reason they picked Guatemala.

I'd love to know what the joke was, Guatemalan soccer has always been a dissapointment (much to the chagrin of the fans, they always manage to lose in the big games), so I'm sure this was taken into consideration and it was funny!
