That polymorph is so freaking awesome! do you know what it is called in Chinese? Because I'm in China right now, do you know where I can get some of this stuff?
It is called polymorph, also known as shapeloc in America. It is a non-toxic, bio-degradeable, re-useable plastic with a very low melting point of about 60 degrees celcius.
When it is cool it is a white nylon-like plastic. When you heat it (hot water will do) it turns transparent and can be molded like putty. There are many tutorials and videos on the internet and youtube showing you how to use it.
@OdBot Thanks! I looked up Polymorph on ebay, and got a couple of hits for some plastic beads. Looks like that's the stuff, but it's kind of expensive. It's $0.053 cents per gram. (i.e. 300g for $16 including shipping. Do you know where I can get it for cheaper?
Depends what country your in. We sell it in 1Kg tubs but the shipping cost can be a killer. Contact Claudia at claudiadagu@yahoo.com.cn and she can tell you which distributor is near you or how much it would cost to buy it directly from us.
