@sxmboi93 From mine, I can tell from the black spots on the side on the male are more square. Also the males are generally more colourful on the fins and such. I think the females are more of a round shape while a male is more of a rectangle shape. from experience. Hard to explain lol but thanks for asking :)
I would say these are either Red Terror's or Rainbow Cichlids. I'm leaning more toward Red Terror's. They are definitely not Sals. Nice looking fish though.

These fish are breathing way too heavily. The parents also have sunk in stomachs.

i just put them in the tank as i bought them from a site that would explain the heavy breathing as they were quite stressed.

those are spotted tilapia also related to the mayan cichlid look at my baby mayan cichlids in the video the larger baby is a tilapia still nice thow

do rainbows or red terrors have red eyes? i have looked at both and my fish have red eyes and those dont.
