  • Wow, Egyptians cry for their freedom, but they don't run and hide, like the cowardly Iranians. Now They fight on.

  • @ReneODeay Egyptian protesters were inspired by Iranian protesters two years earlier. Both Egyptians and Iranians have braved the streets, have been shot at, have been imprisoned, have been tortured. Both deserve the highest praise of anyone who values democracy, personal freedom, and defiant bravery

  • warm and supporting greetings from europe to all my brothers sisters fathers and mothers

  • A poem about the brave protesters. “The Protesters” Every time I open up, I climb a thousand feet. Every time I’m new, enlightened, I burn a thousand eyes. I know the voice of different, of change; it is the sly giant of this particular day. Fist over heart, my spine is no longer drunken quiet.

  • Democracy is not a cocky cutter or one size fits all it could work for the US but may not work other countries. Democracy is not a panacea and should not be considered as a goal but a mean to achieve goals such as law and order, stability, peace and economic prosperity. Democracy is by the people FOR the people so if it does not do anything positive for the people it could lead into a disaster such as the case in Iraq.

  • @vkoenig back off our enemy.

  • And who besides the Muslim Brotherhood is behind those riots? Who has the money to back those thousands of people? Considering that the majority of Egyptians want Sharia Law, isn't it down with Mubarak and Ahlan Muslim Brotherhood? Let's be hoodwinked, as usual.

  • Egyptian people has come to street to abolish poverty and unemployment,,and to achieve social justice , equality and freedom.

but stream media and moslims could hijack the people desire and ruin the whole struggle as they did in iran,,

because they want to keep capitalism alive by all means.

  • People risk their life to abolish poverty , unemployment and to achieve Social justice , equality and freedom.

but the world media wants to make sure the capitalist system will be restored.

which people could guarantee Private ownership and Capitalist system ?

Obviously the regime elites and moslims are pro capitalist system,

so the problem will be Worker's movement and that's why media doesn't want to mention working class desire for justice , equality and freedom.

  • The American people support you in your struggle for human rights. Good luck and God bless.

  • In this snapshot of time, Egypt is the global center of inspiration. I hope other nations follow and stand up for their right to live and not merely survive. Oppression comes in many forms but will only result in one conclusion, and that is eventual revolution. As an American i can say that the American people are fully supportive of the Egyptian people in their struggle for basic human rights and I pray that the American government will reflect the desire of it's people in any assistance we ma

  • @cairogem The American People do not agree with the murder of innocent protestors. Do not speak for us. All citizens deserve human rights and dignity. Llife, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are basic rights. We are watching.

  • @cairogem

Gee...someone bashing the United States. We get it, the U.S. is to blame for everything wrong with the world. Someone farts in the Sudan and it's Americas fault. A dish falls off a table in Sana and cracks on the floor and it's America's fault. A camel bites someone in the Sahara and it's Americas fault.

Stop blaming the U.S.A for everything. We are a good country full of good people. Don't be an idiot and believe everything you've heard on TV.

  • @Neanderthal78 and yet your president supports torture and your people accept it.. how far you have gone from your forefathers who wrote the consitution.

  • @djjansen

Yep, we all support torture. We also eat babies, burn nuns, and kick puppies. Every country has good and bad leaders thought it's history. What about Alexander Downer and the treatment of refugees by the Australian Government? What about the Australian Government treatment of the Aborigines? Australia joined the "War on Terror" right? Did you just sit back and accept it? Maybe your forefathers came to your land and had a nice stay at Sydney Cove or Cockatoo Island.

  • @Neanderthal78 Well I wasnt really digging up the past - I was merly maknig a comparison to the president of egypt and your own. My point was that your forefathers had to fight for your freedoms, and that it was something to be proud of, and that the current state of affairs seems to be far from those ideals. Regarding the Aus gov. well, were still under the crown, so we havent yet had the chance of real freedom. But I do not think its fair to compare forced detention of illegals to tourture.

  • @djjansen

You were being a troll and someone called you on it. This isn't the proper place for this discussion. If you want to talk politics more I'd be glad to give you my email address.

  • @Neanderthal78 When there is an imperial state, triying to manage every politic in every world country looking for their economic and geopolitical interest... Who is to blame? The US send 1500 million dollars every-year to egypt dictatorship in military aid and weapons. Who to blame? CIA sent their own prisioners to egypt so they can torture them freely. Who to blame? There are childrens still dieing in Vietnam for Orange Agent. Tell me, who to blame? Your state, your and our politicians. They.

  • @Costeniok

We could go round and round on this topic for years and never make any headway. We could talk about European politics that created the current situation of unrest in the Middle East going back to WWI. We could talk about car bombs that kill children. We could talk about crazy people willing to kill in the name of religion. The world does need a change but I don't have the answer. If I did I would told everyone how to do it a long time ago.

  • @Neanderthal78 I don't have it neither. But we two agree, this world needs a change. Something must be donde, and we're the only ones that can do it, and with we I mean the citizens, the workers, the normal people, those who are being fucked even more every-year, everytime the BMI, the G8 or whoever that takes decisions meet. The politicians or states wouldn't do it, but play the game of banks and richmen (here in Europe, or there in the US). Egiptians are doing something, lets support them,

  • @Neanderthal78 Even if they do it wrong, or things don't go better for them after all these riots, but at least they are trying bravely, while we, europeans and americans keep at home looking the news while we have less rights everyday; worse jobs more delincuency, worse social services, less money, expensive prices, less freedom, less power (because we chose politicians that govern forgeting the opinion of the people)... May be throwing a rock wouldn't change anything, but at least keep dignity

  • @hambaz it's beacause of ignorant pricks like you that the cowardly are masters of this world

  • This time I felt proud for being Egyptian and I couldn't stop crying.

Egypt is back to the world and we will make deference.

  • So sincere!

  • The Iranians who longed for freedom, much like this man, traded the horrible Shah for mass murdering maniacal Khomeni and paid for it with their freedom and their lives. Egyptians are about to do the same. This has the finger prints of the Muslim Brotherhood all over it. Answer this - Who will take Mubarak's place? Until I know that, sorry. I'll stick with the devil I know.

  • @nohudna you are so fucking stupid and sounds like you are listening to so much bullshit of your Zionist media.

  • @EgyptRevolution2011 - Instead of calling 'nohudna' "fucking stupid", how about you grow up and back your statement with logic and reason?

  • @samgraves2 Is the world supposed to live as you want? or people have to choose their own way of life? Is the world supposed to be occupied by your fucking illusions and sacrafice their freedom for yours? Stop being stupid. Did anyone in the world intervene in your ellections? you have radicals who could destroy everything around though. We are not the type of people who steal our own freedom by sacrifying others.

  • @nohudna With all due respect Nohunda, your defeatism is thoughtless. A revolution is needed for all of the M.E & it will only start with Egypt. You say that this was orchestrated by the M.B.H. How so? Didn't the Muslim Brotherhood recently state that they will NOT be making a move for power? Doesn't quite seem like the statement one would make if one was hell bent on causing unrest to consolidate power would it? It seems like the only power hungry types in Egypt right now is Mubarak & Elbaradei

  • @nohudna

Not everybody can look positively into the future. I wish you the openmindedness to learn that skill and the stamina to really pull that off - srsly!

  • The egiptian people is an example for all of us. The people of the world must unite NOW to build a real HUMAN society. War is a medieval concept. Let´s create a new world! All together as one we can make it. We have the means and we have the will. The sky is our limit. If you feel like it, watch this

  • Thumbs up to Waseem Wagdi. He and so many have heartfelt hope for freedom from oppression. I am jaded though and fear the worst from the powers that would put us all "UNDER" the thumb and squash us into submission like little bugs.

  • 30yrs is a heck of a time... but oh my people of Egypt. Be vary of where you are going to... Dont let them destroy the remians of our civilization.. Like how they did in Iraq. Be vary of to whom you transfer the leadership next. Be careful. The future of your children in on your hand. Al Baradie won nobel prize by facilitation invasion of iraq, thus making way for her destruction. The massacre, the bloodshed we see today... He is equally responsible as Americans.

  • @kudakatheebu hmm dude perhaps the answer isnt in having a leader to rule all, but instead the people making thier own decisions and talking through things with everyone : )

  • @kudakatheebu Elbaradei said there was no evidence of WMDs in Iraq. He was against the invasion.

  • @eyesofjustice haha ballance you say fuck off ya idiot !!

  • Made me tear up god bless them

  • VIVA LA REVOLUTION!!!!

  • 30 years ought to be enough for anybody, am I right?

  • @Planetary0 The Palestinians have suffered worse for twice as long. Kinda puts it all in perspective though aye

  • Incredible!!!! It's so amazing, seeing his genuine concern and passion for his country, then realizing powerful feelings like this are shared by all those our there protesting for the freedom and rights they deserve. My heart and prayers go to Egypt~~~!!!! ♥♥

  • I favorited this before it finished, so moving.

  • wow i am not from there but there need to be a change in this world!!!! <3 where is the love people!!!!!! seriously is this really what god wants to see us killing each other innocent little children dieing innocent people period :( god bless those in egypt <3 im praying for you

    اخوكم العراقي

  • @nofallyaqoo thats right we do even if we are not from there!!! theres so much beautiful history <3 god bless :)

  • i certainly hope this sets an (excuse the pun) precident , to the whole worlds govts and the evil corrupt banking system and its greedy bosses, it has crippled and enslaved inocent people since the day it was founded.. hey this applies to you too president obama its actualy time for change!! but not exactly what you had intended, or did you expect this to happen?

  • Waseem Wagdi, you made me cry throughout. Your love of your people -of humanity- along with your hopes and dreams of a new and better and world speak to the soul of us all regardless of our nationality, status, or upbringing. As an American, I find you an inspiration - your words are an admonishment to live up to the principles we're taught but too many only mouth. Your words sum up what it is to dream of liberty and to truly understand what it means & for that I kiss the dust under your feet.

  • @jenji120 Your words are no less powerful than his. Reading your comment after a few hate comments before truly proves that it's not where you're from, it's who you are.

It's people like you that make America proud, and people like watuonmate that shame any country they belong to, because racism is a door to arrogance, hatred, injustice and crime.

As an Arab, I find you an inspiration!

Live free and hold your head high :)

  • @mustnotlie I am absolutely humbled by your kind words and the comparison (I don't know if I really knew what that phrase meant until now). Thank you for such a kindness. I hope to live up to the example as well as your words. I wish I could articulate better what your words meant to me but I am at a loss. Many blessings to you, my friend. :)

  • @jenji120 And to you too, friend :)

  • @mustnotlie yip watuonmate is a sad person indeed

  • @eyesofjustice "Why should my revolution and my desire for democracy be questioned or come at the expense of your 'foreign' interests?"

hell yes its nothing to do with anyone else particulary (usa) they do not need a hand, its not your buisness!! let them be the first country in the world to actualy sort thier own shit out, youl only get carried away with military action and inocents will be killed sort of like anywhere else youv helped in the past, this politician needs a public stoneing!!

  • @smiles1969able its your revolution is it ? but you are a newzeelander.....wata twat

  • @watuonmate yes its all mine cunty : )

  • Oh PEOPLE of EGYPT keep the flame of revolution burning and cleanse your land and yourselves from the zionist regime that served the master in washinton and tel aviv rather than serving your interests and ISLAMIC interests

  • "I can't believe I'm wearing a scarf in the desert"

  • this is really emotionally capturing to viewers. thanks for sharing.

  • FREEDOM for Egypt! Mubarak MUST go!!!

  • That is fuckin awesome!

  • He should be Egypt's New President.

    Thumbs up if you Agree.

  • @StrictlyQrnANDsnna this is why your in the mess you are....the minute an arab londoner comes on telly crying and saying how he loves his countrymen, you want to make him president, then he gets in power ,falls out of love with his people and starts to treet you like dirty muslims.....ha ha you arabs never learn

  • @StrictlyQrnANDsnna you could not be more right my friend !! : ) its about time we had government that have beating hearts and feelings !!

  • @StrictlyQrnANDsnna

hell ya. i wish there was a double thumbs up button.

  • @StrictlyQrnANDsnna I agree.

  • @watuonmate will you go to hell, haterad asshole,go read history.

  • @thedamascuslover i know my history..1099 was a good part of it i think it is maybe time for the crsades partII

  • thank you waseem wagdi for making a passionate and moving speech for the whole world to hear. we all need to be free to live in a more humane world to love and respect each other no matter what religion or what the colour of our skin is we are all HUMAN. peace love and respect to all mankind.

  • i can see the whold world doing exactly the same as this soon, once the people realise thier own countrys government are as corrupt as the next thier will be turmoil recesion and colapse but it also badly needs to happen theres to much suffering everywhere around the globe, its a time for change a time to give people back thier freedoms and rights. good luck people of egypt and i wish you all well , dont give up your changing the world right now and waking the masses up.. do it for your children

  • @smiles1969able the thing is lots of ppl have realized corruption within there government system but are not doing anything because there are not enough ppl who realize it
