man the statement just fits too perfectly. something old & new are both covered by time travel itself flat out, something borrowed could be the dr's body itself considering regeneration, and of course, something blue .. do i even have to say it?

@spadehatesscrewtube Actually all of these are referring to the Tardis. The doctor borrowed (stole) it. It is blue. The doctor even describes the Tardis is both old and new earlier in the season (possibly earlier that episode).

@jnamon83 you're right! i totally forgot that way back when, the doctor was fleeing galifrey and "commandeered" a tardis. man, i really need to rewatch, like, the entire series again. correct again, because the internal dimension always seems to be changing and updating, while the classic "bobby stop" box exterior remains the same (or at least similar)

Something new= New TARDIS

Something borrowed= The doctor borrowed (stole actually, but lets just say borrowed) the TARDIS from the Time Lords

Something blue= The TARDIS is blue

Something old = the TARDIS is a type 40, an old version of time lord TARDIS's. Many newer versions were created. ALSO the TARDIS is an old (the oldest) companion of the doctor. It is also literally very old.

Something new = though it is an old versions, to humans, TARDIS's are very new and advanced technology.

An amazing moment. Grew up with Pertwee/Baker, been iffy about all the new episodes, right up until Moffat took over and Matt was cast. This whole series has been superb. Her bringing the Doctor back with that phrase took me totally by surprise, I will never think of it the same way again. Superb.

Absolutely gorgeous, funny, and the reference to the old wedding saying is hilarious.

10 stars, this will be hard to top, be it another Doctor Who episode, or another show/movie.

Karen Gillan's fantastic, but that is not the reason, its the whole build up, not included in this vid, that's fantastic.

If you haven't seen episode 12 or the rest of 13, you may not agree.
