Yea but how do you get him to rinse the soap out of his mouth....?
I would worry about him swallowing the soapy residue.

Is it okay to use on babies under 1 year of age, even though it has honey?

Check the labels and use toothsoap that doesn't have honey for less than 1 year olds.

Oh my gosh, how stinkin CUTE!!!!!!!!!! is this baby???!!!!! He apparently likes that Tooth Soap, but the gauze not so much. :-) GREAT VIDEO!!!
