Me and my family go every two years and we love the Disney and Universal parks so I was glad when they announced the Harry Potter themed area because Universal's numbers had been dwindling and I knew it would give them a boost. It's actually worked in the Islands of Adventure side but in the Universal side, it's still quite empty. I don't think it'll ever be as full as it once was :(

This is incredibly annoying. I was genuinly inspired by HP and J.K Rowling, and proud of the fact it is based within the UK and how J.K stayed true and loyal to this decision. Firstly I am pissed when I get their how it is roasting hot. Secondly I am pissed because there a million yanks walking around breaking the illusion left right and centre making dumb comments. I always admired J.K. Rowling for keeping the Harry Potter franchise firmly British. Though it seems the huge wads of cash she was obviously plied with eventually proved too much to refuse. I mean, it's not as though she needs the money, is it?

Just read the books instead. those actually pull you into that world. they said the theme park was supposed to do that,but throughout,I was VERY aware that i was just in a theme park. I ain"t a "die hard" HP fan, but I have been there last week. The layout is pretty impressive !

The castle is VERY impressive ! As for the rides, when they rebranded duelling dragons and the unicorn thing and both rides are cool ;)

But the masterpiece is clearly the forbidden journey... it's a unique design, and it's very well done. Only drawback : pictures are not that good... get some freaking high speed projectors people !!! Image flickers ALOT.

Fans love it, place is crowed full time...
