I got faster by locking myself in a burning room and making the door unlocking mechanism a Rubik's Cube. Yeah, that got kinda old after the first time. I don't do that anymore -_- The doctors tell me the skin is growing back nicely, so that's good. Cut 3 seconds off my time, totally worth it.

@nake89 Well, I can't cube anymore. I made a Rubik's cube a disarming device for a small bomb in an effort to get faster. In retrospect, that was a really terrible idea. :o(

Seriously, I'm pretty slow. I average around 40-50 seconds or so. My recognition is still horrible for F2L and I haven't bothered to learn all of the OLL/PLL algorithms. Occasionally I will actually lose a piece and stare at the cube for half a minute like a retard trying to find it.
