I got one too, last week. I opted for the 2-burner unit. Steak done in 10-12 minutes instead of the usual 25 on my old grill.
These are the grills of the future, they work as advertised. The only con is that they do NOT get up to temp or hold temp in cold weather. (I'm probably one of he rare few that uses a grill in the middle of winter though). My old grill (3-burner Char Broil Advantage) had no trouble heating up in the dead of winter, didn't phase it a bit.
@SnavenPoo lol do you like everything burnt? I cook 2 inch filets about 2 minutes on each side. Charbroil Red 4 Burner. Set to high for about 30 minutes before cooking, 600+ degrees.
@castian03 No, I don't like burnt food, I prefer medium. I bought this grill late fall early winter and it was very windy this past winter so I had a lot of trouble with "quick" grilling. I've since discovered that when the weather cooperates, so does my grill. Question- with the grill preheated to 600deg, and a 2" filet @ 2min/side, what doneness level does that get you? I havent used a high preheat, but will try. I usually heat to 400 and go about 5-7 min/side for a 1" storebought ribeye.
I just purchased one of these grills. It is absolutely fantastic!!! Ribs were done in no time, very juicy and flavorful. As advertised, NO flare-ups. I would recommend this grill to anyone interested!!

I wondered if it was just me on the weather.
When its windy, its much harder to cook.
