you know how customs has a line for americans and a line for foreigners?

Imagine going thru customs, and the americans have to show their passports and get searched...

and the foreigners line is completely open, without any agents, and the foreigners can walk right on thru.

well, that's exactly how it is on the US/Mexico border.
