Yes, it was taped in Singapore I think in the year 1983. The short proramme was telecast live back to Japan. The press reported it costed about $50,000 just to air it, a huge sum in those days. Teresa back then bought an apartment in Singapore, in Orchard road vicinity.

At 01:22-end -- In Japanese, Teresa says "Doo mo arigatou gozai mashita. Singapore kara Teresa ga ookuri shimashita". In English, "Thank you very much. Teresa has sent you the song from Singapore."
Perhaps, Teresa is singing in front of Meritus Mandarin Hotel Singapore (former Mandarin Singapore).

其實不是忘詞，是詞改了太多次了。正式唱出之後，又改了，但是仍然不是很妥善。好比「鼓勵和勇氣」有押韻，「愛的滋潤」沒有押韻，NHK演唱會是用第二種，鄧麗君自己也有作詞，說不定有第三、第四種，因此一時之間無法決定用那個詞。
