I have a 2007, if you are not an experienced rider, do NOT buy this bike. I have been riding for years and this bike suprised the crap out of me when i first got it but i love it and won't ride anything else now. Keep it dirty side down

@Ladon68 Yeah there is just no comparison. I test rode a V-rod before I bought my 9. Not to taking anything from the V-rod, the 9 was just a better choice.

I agree. This Suzuki it too beefy. It's a beefcake bike to me. The headlight, the radiator, etc. Call me a hater but this does nothing for me. I'm a warrior fan too. To each his own I guess.

had one for 18 months,grew to hate it,now back on a gsxr 1000 and love it, the power is too linear on the m109r and the front got more uglier the longer i had it.

I'm still not fully decided on the bike I'll get but I might take a Honda Fury or this one (just afraid the M109R is gonna be hard to handle due to its weight and size)

@orakaa seems like im a year late, but the m109r is for people who wanna go rlly fast and rlly STRAIGHT. this bike does not handle. longer the wheel base, slower u have to go for cornering.
