Checking for too much yeast easier to find out than bacteria levels. My constant sinus infections told me that bad bacteria was high. I found out about my yeast level through a stool test -used to be called parasite/fungal/yeast test.Just ask your doctor to check your stools to see if you have an overabundance of yeast in them. And try to go the natural healing route , if time and the doctor agrees first..cause antifungals can often cause negative reactions and problems with your liver. Thnx
You will have to study how it breaks down...some rices are more likely to break down into more sugar content. Brown rice has just been found to be richer in nutrients . Later after the reintroduction of the regular diet...post this two week food balancing- I like brown rice pasta too...the texture is not what we are usually used to for pasta but it beats getting a stomach ache in my case.

Also it is very important to beware of health and weight of a person.... a short time may need to be done like : 1 wk. on + 1 wk. off + 1 1/2 on 3 dys.off Seems like I heard that Jon Wayne when he died it was said he had 50 lbs of matter still in his colon.. that a person can have accumulated for many year on the lining and be the bulk of body weight...

Someone i know used her store bought cleanse without reasearching first, and without doctors advice and she went too long on it and her leg muscles got extremely week. Everyone is different. I am so sorry. I can relate. Its all about balance. After a round of anti-biotics..one must talk to a doctor that is knowledgeable of probiotics to help reinstate the normal balance of yeast to bacterial levels. Tests can be performed to know these things. Ask your doctor. If he doesn't know try a homeopathic practicioner. It was also suggested to me to seek out the right food combinations too-please look into that also.

I enjoy collard greens and swiss chard. I am growing rainbow chard in my garden..plant it now put it in large irrigageted pots in sunny location..ask the nursery how to grow it. I cut it off a few inches and it grows back- get several plants- it lasts all summer. Add it to soups, or sauteed with onions garlic , water(a little olive oil for a side to fish, chicken and meat dishes. You can add chard into egg whites(with yolk if you wish) scrambled at the end of the fasting week too.Thanks so much.

Bobhoche,Garlic is a natural healer. Raw vegetables , in ready made salads can be bought or already juiced. Got to go the extra mile for sure. It sounds like you need to go to a homeopathic(herbal) doctor. I am sorry i have had no experience with goldenseal. As for the epidermal fungus.that you will have to go to a doctor for, I have had no experience with that either. Remember proper nutrition balances and should starve excessive fungus within and without.

Bobh-Systemic or lower bowel candidiasis is more prevalent than people know.If you have been raised with lots of antibiotics then its best to get your stools checked by a laboratory test through a doctors recommendation -ask if you can have the candidiasis stool test. I cannot say what you have. I only know what I did naturally. Remember my severe case was treated with meds and it hurt my kidneys. So if you are able to heal yourself naturally good unless the doctor recommends something else.

Absolutely..i get alkaline-mineral packets to infuse my distilled water..and take supplements too. People don't realize that most water carries chlorine in it..Iam sure there are amounts of it in purified drinking water too..I don't know what the count is in so called spring water...this clorine...kills good bacteria that hits your digestive system..yikes..we need every bit of good bacteria to digest..and keep our immune system up to par.
It's a middle of the night and I woke up with another detoxing "crisis", foggy head and a bit noxious but that is normal and will pass and I know that tomorrow I feel good again.

spring water and mineral water that has high
calcium content but I just said that the destilled water is best for removing toxins.

You know there seems to be a strong connection to people that have trouble loosing weight..i use fasting to jump start my metabolism..it kinda of resets it...sure i loose weight but the benifits..are way beyoung that...the body several times a year needs to just plain rest.people rest fields..so they can revitalize and bacteria-wize regenerate themselves..the human body needs to recharge while sleeping..etc..why not the digestive and metabolic system rest too..so all organs can cleanse too.
What a great video. I suffered from Candida myself. I followed the diet and went on the Aqua Flora three-phased program and lost a total of 35lbs. and have never felt better. I suffered from bladder infection every time I turned around. I have it completely under control now. I love your explaintion of the diet. I agree with most of what you say. However on just eating green veg for 3 days, I disagree. You MUST eat some small regular complex carbs at every meal to avoid dizzynees, breathlesness ect. I have both very bad Candida and C.F.S. and I'm on an experts course of 60% veg, 20 protien and 10 carbs at every meal. Garlic, multi vit, and probiotics too.
Oh yes ...that is good advice...Everyone should comment and add advice for experience is the best teacher...instead of just taking all these meds that doctors try to pour down our throats in such vast amounts...I have friends that say its too late for them for the natural way...that is so sad to me.

Everyones different. But i think a small amount of BROWN rice, rice crackers, wild rice, rice noodles or some other wholegrain with a protien twice the size of the carb portion is about right. But around 55-65% of the meal must be alkaline veg; Salad leafs ect. I could talk about this all day but if anyone wants more info check out my new video.

I will say when the body eats more alkaline rich foods..one is less sickly and increases their immune defense. As on our vacation-recently we ate snacks-dried fruit, rice crackers,nuts, soy milk enough meat and lots of fruit..but came down with fever blisters..from the stress of the trip-yes,but mainly because we neglected ENOUGH GREENS /per carbs..OOPS-always can cause imbalance.
I Grow up in meditaranian country and all what you mentioned so far is part of our food routine. Wish all people try to eat healthy and quit eating junk food.

I intend to fast for 3 weeks total and then
2 weeks on juice and then back to water.
