your voice is very nice for this, you only need to work on a piano part, some harmonies are wrong - (not a c-c-d, but a-a-b on one place at least, repeating several times), and bass should stay steady, not moving with a melody. Also improvising part in the end doesn't seams to go very well with general mood of the song, makes it too long too.
