  • Herpes.

  • Careful with goldenseal... it can thin your blood... it is a powerful antibiotic and should be used sparingly...no more than 7 days at a time. Powdered cayenne pepper is good for increasing circulation and warming feet and hands... make a tonic starting with 1/4 tsp in water or apple juice...drink 1-2 times daily then increase to 1/2 tsp after 2 weeks. It is completely safe and stimulating. Valerian root and St. John's Wort are cooling herbs and may be the culprit.

  • Question: I am taking Valerian Root, Ginger, St. John Worts, ginseng, and alternating goldenseal and echinacea...I feel great except for my cold hands and especially my cold feet...would love an herbal remedy. Started Geritol liquid supplement also. Thanks Kasmik for sharing.

  • Thankx! Yes golden seal ( hydrastis canadensis) has been called yellow root, orange root, & golden root.

  • Hi kasmik, good info. From your video it sounds like you are saying that yellow root and golden seal are the same thing. Is that the case?
