  • Robin Hood with a Flash Gordon touch. Imagine the hard-sell to studio execs at the time. But then, hey... early space age, rockets to the moon, "Thunderbirds" from British TV, "Johnny Sokko & Giant Robot" from Japan... Canada needed something too, right? Blame Canada. Again.

    (Actually, Robin looks like Superman. With a white streak across the top.)
