You are quoting Matthew 7:1 out of context. Read the entire of Matthew 7:1-6 and you will see that it's a command to judge fairly.
There is also John 7:20-24 where Jesus says, "Stop judging by mere appearances, and make a right judgment". Now why would Jesus tell you to "make a right judgment" if judging was disallowed altogether? I can cite scores of verses just like this.
