it mean he hacked you by open port or trojan horse ,, so get good antivirus and get rid of these files and get a (currport) program to see all remote connection to your computer and you can find this guy and kick his butt ......i use currport for my own pc i found many guy who try to hack me including best friend some time

it mean the remote host has firewall that automatically close your request for connection so you can use netcat to bypass his firewall and make backdoor for future connection or make exception for specific port in his firewall and exactly exception for port 21 ftp to not be closed by firewall during connection it is only explanation i have my friend

This is just how to use command-line ping and FTP.

C'mon, are you just a script-kiddy who thinks that ping and FTP are some kind of hacking tools????

Without a legit password, you won't get access to most all FTP sites, and if you do it isn't a hack, it's just a lack of password protecting an FTP site.

Next time you should study and learn much more (I suggest years more of study) before presenting a non-hack as a real hack.
