He moves up 3 weight classes in one year and fought the best and beat them all. Cotto and Mosley are natural welterweights and still would have a huge advantage at a 143 lb catchweight. Williams is a middleweight by the way, even Cotto and Mosley wont fight him. Give respect when its due, otherwise, quit watching manny's vids.
