She also sent a national guard unit to Louisiana because of hurricane Gustov.

As anyone with even a moderate education can tell you, a Governor IS the commander in chief of their state, a Governor DOES control a budget and a Governor is a leader. Palin had more executive experience running her city than obama has in his life.
