It pronounced RAL-LEE. Anyways if you have a Sturmey Archer 3 speed hub you can check the date stamped on it to find out what year the hub was made to get an idea of when the bicycle was made. I forgot how to date them, so just google sturmey archer to try and figure it out.
WOW! For 5 bucks thats a steal! That generator light set is definately not orignal. The light looks ugly, but the rear pack attached to the seat looks nice. Considering its a mens bicycle thats a plus. Womens bicycles are not worth much. Im not sure how much your bicycle is worth to tell you the truth. I myself would price it over 100 dollars. Those shiny whitewalls would help that bicycle sell by itself! Your best bet would be checking completed Ebay listings for an exact ballpark price.
