Wonder woman CAN beat superman. Superman has two weaknesses: Magic and Kryptonite. Wonder Woman has access to magical weapons and powers. Therefore, superman (though physically stronger) would be severely weakened by the magical powers she wields.

I'm not gonna lie, my knowledge of comics is limited. I do know that superman is weak to magic because every online comic and DC source says so. If superman beat Marvel, I'm guessing there was a something external that allowed him to win. Some kind of object that made him impervious to magic, other than that I don't know. Try goggling it to see.

Wonder Woman was SO underused on the Justice League show... she was shown as more of a love interest for Batman than anything. And while I'm fully BM/WW FOREVER!!!!, there's just SO much more to Diana than that. I mean, getting beat by AQUAMAN? WTF? Sure, AC is a fighter, but... but... !!!!
