I've never seen a guy who crochets but you seem really good at it. My fiance wanted to learn how to crochet a hat for me. But he got confused and gave up since he's never crocheted before.
@ptsgrl2495 Wow. That is so awesome. I was once in a womens shelter with my oldest child(while she was still a baby) and I was given a crocheted baby blanket for her, and one for myself the night I went in, and it was so comforting to have that. I still have mine on my bed, and she has hers on her bed as well, and she is almost 9 years old. Mikey, you're doing so much good with what you do. How awesome.
you know I know how to make this pattern thanks to u but I like to play the video while I crochet.. I guess it's more for company.....ur an inspiration
I can't find video 3 in this series of yours, I haven't seen how many chains you've done on your foundation, is it 37??? I've seen the first 2 videos and loved them and really want to follow this through so I can make one of your simple sweaters. Also, how many videos are in this 'Simple Baby Sweater' tutorial??? I'm going to save them all so I don't have to search for them again!
I am so glad I found this. Your instructions are so clear and easy. The project is for a child 0-3 months. How can I make the sweater bigger 6-9 months?
It says in the written Pattern to use a size H hook for a newborn and a size I hook for a 3 month old. what size hook do i use for a 1 1/2 year old and how can i make it bigger?
HIya, just read your question on my video. If you go to tjw1963 's YouTube Channel, you will see that she does not tie a knot in her crochetwork, she just pulls the thread through the loop and it's secured. She's got tons of projects on her channel, (she taught me how to crochet!), it's well worth a look!
ww yarn is not available in my store so im using knitting yarn...i have chained 37 but it looks very small for the neck.. can i make it bigger by doubling the chain and then doubling all the dimensions thereafter...im expecting twins in 2 months..want to get it done by then ...please help me
the one labelled 5th was an outtake and I accidentally labelled it and uploaded it and counted it as 5th. I will put a note in the forth... Sorry about that.
I just finished this sweater and it is so sweet. Thank you for showing us how to do this
pattern.

Hello Mikeys, I am trying to make this simple baby sweater for my baby girl which will be born early November this year.
I am using a J hook/ 6 mm but the result is tooooo smalll (I am doubting that a new born will be that small). Are you sure with it?
Thanks for your reply
