The original looks clean and fancy, its like comparing a Rice Mobile with an Alfa Romeo...
and Ow shit, TT Hongli Asked VP (the dude who designed hi nu gundoom for MC) to design a Master grade 1/100 High Nu Gundoom.. for TT hongli.. out of proportion is definite.
Well the kit is definatly cool and from what i have seen its cool in the anime as well. However for some reason I dont really like this gundam that much it is cool dont get me wrong but it isnt my favourite gundam. Tbh I do think that the Nu gundam is a lot better than the original gundam tbh but in my opinion from what I have seen the Hi-Nu gundam looks even cooler. From the gundam to Nu gundam to Hi-nu Gundam I definatly preffer the last in the line in my opinion :).
@mailsoaker no they didnt, atleast anaheim still makes MSs upto UC 123 (RX-F91 gundam), SNRI just seems to make better MSs in the later UC.
the size difference is due to the more advanced technology and the demilitarisation that takes place in UC110ish, they made new MSs that are smaller due to better tech, its nothing to do with wanting them to be more compact, its just that they didnt need to get bigger to accomodate new technology

@LiquidSquall The Nu is a pretty big mobile suit. Larger than the standard 18 meter mobile suits that were common in the One Year War era. The mobile suits during the time of Char's Counterattack were generally larger.

Btw, the logo on the shield is supposed to represent Amuro's nickname, White Unicorn, as far as I know. (It can be confusing since in the one year war they called him the white devil).

This gundam was one of my favorite 6in figures, the only downside is that now, i can't find the funnels, the double beam saber, the shield, or the beam rifle.
After watching this review, the asymmetry of the Nu Gundam design with the Fin Funnels reminded me of the 00 Quanta. Anyway, nice review. Looking forward to the HWS.
@jeoboy That's probably intentional, The 00 Quanta fills a similar role to the Nu Gundam (lead character's final suit used in a movie), so it makes sense that the Quanta would borrow some design aspects from Nu.

@SuperWalson SNRI took over Anaheim's "business" on the late U.C. and they prefer compact yet packing MS (like VSBR and beam shields)

The A's Amuro Insignia / Emblem. Similar to his Hi-nu Emblem. Anaheim Electronics is usually represented with the 2 letters, AE.
