Man FUCK THE DOCTORS. I've had eczema since I was born and that shit still isn't gone 17 years later. The Doctors prescribe that same damn thing. Protopic. Steriods, Aquaphor. Nothing Works. It has gotten better and now I don't itch at and my natural skin tone is coming through but fuck, I'm almostin college. I don't want to go with this crap. So I trying to different diet. @jaehood021bx any dermatologist will tell you that what you put into your body has NOTHING to do with eczema. It is stress related and allergen related. And you can shove in all the high protein, oils and fish you like but if you have a flare up, you have a flare up. FIN.
Eat fish on a regular basis, at least once a week.
Anything I eat has to be "eliminated" within 24 hours. Eat as much vegetables as u can. Try asian cooking, easy to digest. Use moderate laxatives.Try to drink 2 or 3 litres of water (lemonade) a day.
Don't eat fried fast food or anything that clogs up the digestive track.
Use vaseline cetamacrogolis after showering (limit showering during winter). Dont use cortisone on a regular basis.
