Anyone who says that Free Energy Devices are a fraud is either just ignorant of Quantum Physics or they are working for some oil company or U.S. Govt agency without even knowing it and being paid to be disinformationists. Your list of "free energy" devices reads like a who's who of scam artists.
Hell Searl burned his own house down wiring a bypass to his electric meter to con investors into thinking that his house was being powered by his machine. He was caught too and charged with stealing electric power.
That doesn't really qualify as "free energy" and there is not such thing as an over-unity engine.

You may notice that this paper clip is now slightly magnetic. So right there this guy looses credibility. If you can display one video of conclusive "free energy" I am more than willing to change my position.

This video was doing fine until it started quoting oil production decreases. The decrease in production is due to political restraints, not a decrease of actual supply.
Example: Prudhoe Bay has enough reserves to supply all oil need of the USA for next 200 years.
I'm a firm believer in free energy and Magnet Motors and hope we can free ourselves from power ,gas,coal and oil companies completely and permanently.

Your right, they use something like an alternator from a vehicle. The steam, wind, water, etc. provides the motive force to turn the magnetic field through the coils. The motion of the magnetic field creates the electrical energy.

Its simple physics. For every action there must be an equal and opposite reaction. Yes a permanent magnet will repel another permanent magnet with the same pole, this is force. HOWEVER, it takes an equal amount of force to push the magnets together again. Action / Reaction, no energy gained. This is the ONE simple reason why it is physically IMPOSSIBLE to make an engine using just magnets.
@esmannr I did look up work by Howard Johnson. I saw the common design of placing magnets in a circle. The magnet on the wheel is repelled by the stationary magnets, thus turning the wheel. As the wheel completes one revolution the magnet on the wheel must now overcome the force of the stationary magnet that repelled it in the first place to start a second revolution, but it can't. There is no design that could possibly overcome this basic law of physics, but people keep trying anyway.
@esmannr The next step for EVERY free energy lover it to build ever more complex mechanisms into the wheel to overcome the problem however any power used by the mechanism to overcome the problem is more then the 'motor' can produce. Thus, the 'motor' will ALWAYS spin down and come to a stop. Simple physics, but quite comical to watch people try and overcome something that always was, always is and always will be impossible. If it could be done, Stephen Hawking would have figured it years ago
Did you know that you can extract Hydrogen from water?
Hydrate cannot be purchased because its use for making bombs, but it also stores Hydrogen in a much safer manner with even larger quantities.
You can create it though, but you'll need an particle accelerator to do so.
Nevertheless, Hydrogen can be extracted via electric current hooked on to a sheet of stainless steel, positive freeing Oxygen, negative freeing Hydrogen.

I would like to clarify that, by experience, Perendev Motor is not a promising design to transform the potential energy of permanent magnets into useful mechanical work; however a recent video clip by "mecsdgp" having the title "MAGNET MOTOR 6000 RPM BETTER QUALITY VIDEO" (v=u5lXNpOnurw) is demonstrating a very promising design.

Despite it is very simple, however it is providing a real deep understanding for permanent magnets, magnetic motors, which do not contradict the law of energy conservation, despite they produce mechanical energy without consuming any electrical energy.
