  • Man does this take me back! Saw them multiple times in the 80's. Had Marguerite Juenemann as an adjudicator at the Jazz Celebration at Metro State a few years ago. Class act and great singer.

  • Defmaster88, thx for posting this. I've looking all over for this tune, thinking Manhattan Transfer had done it and then suddenly, from nowhere, remembered Rare Silk. Makes you want to get off your butt and get something good done! Yeah!

  • Hi that is a great bass line.I can still play this note for note.Kim Stone is bassist on this one playing his Frettless Bass.He also does some upright on this album.This my favorite version of this song.I still like Freddies".Freddie Hubbard Just Died this year.RIP
