No, I fully support legalisation - not for reasons of terrorism as the link is slightly tenuous. There is no doubt that drug money funds criminal enterprise, but it's hard to work out if much of that revenue actualy ends up in terrorist hands. Terrorism is such a hot topic, both here and in America that I thought that even a tenuous link would be useful for impact purposes.

Even with this in mind the production of, say, cannabis could be remarkably cheap, and estimates have shown that even at a taxation margin of 100% the risk costs to illict smugglers would be too high for the low reward. I advise you to consider the commutation act in regards to high tea taxation and how it resolved the issue.
