There are videos of Dana white admitting he was greasing and says "They were putting vaseling all over his back, what were they thinking". That was blatantly in the open, I GUARANTEE he is bathing hours before he shows up in oils and allowing them to dry into his skin, when he sweats and there's the grease.
GSP is splitting hairs with words when he says that "He" himself did NOT cheat and is not asked to clarify whether his corner man did greased him down. This vid does not prove that he was greased up, but Dana said he saw him doing it so, that answers that.

Vaseline is used on fighters faces to prevent cuts. This isn't proof at all that it was used to make him greasy. Show a video of someone actually applying it to his legs/body or stfu.

Its a cheeky technique used by GSP's corner. Obviously GSP can't stand with BJ so he's gonna take him down because his wrestling is superior. Greasing helps prevent submissions, but also is used by fighters against wrestlers because they cannot execute takedowns and ground control worth a shit. I am an MMArtist and greasing would hurt gsp's game plan more then bj's. I honestly think it was accidental in the case of this fight.

I have never fought a professional fight but I am 4-1 in heavyweight amateur bouts. Plenty of fighters use vaseline and other lubricants when fighting wrestlers though it is against the rules. They apply the lubricants to their skin for weeks prior to fight, but not right before. And like the guy above me said they mix with sweat.

Its a cheeky technique used by GSP's corner. Obviously GSP can't stand with BJ so he's gonna take him down because his wrestling is superior. Knowing that BJ is good off his back they applied vaseline on GSP's back which prevented BJ from setting anything up like rubber guard. Greasing helps prevent submissions, but also is used by fighters against wrestlers because they cannot execute takedowns and ground control worth a shit. I am an MMArtist and greasing would hurt gsp's game plan more then bj's. I honestly think it was accidental in the case of this fight.

I have never fought a professional fight but I am 4-1 in heavyweight amateur bouts. Plenty of fighters use vaseline and other lubricants when fighting wrestlers though it is against the rules. They apply the lubricants to their skin for weeks prior to fight, but not right before. And like the guy above me said they mix with sweat.

@wwe9year omg so beating BJ twice wasnt enough? He dominated BJ last time. Did you even watch that fight. Penn was outclassed in the standout and the ground game. Like I said after this whole "vaseline incident" GSP has proven hes still the best wrestler/grappler in MMA. Hes at an olympic level. If you think GSP still wouldnt dominate Penn on the ground your head is in the clouds. Stop making excuses for Penns loss.
