Ok, so here's the meaning of this video.

The girl was raped by the old guy, and she couldn't tell the younger boy. Hence the phrase, "the truth you think your after just might break my heart" She's tellin him that she can't tell him b/c it would hurt to much. So they break up and he goes after her sister. That's why she dumps the drink on him. He's hittin on her sister. In the end she has a breakdown. Thats the last scene b/c she lost her true love. Hope it helps some.
