Skyline OSgiken with Geartronics paddleshift

how is it shifting so well without rotating? My quaife sequential and quaife dog box seem to always get at least one gear where the dogs didn't line up right if I try to dry shift the mission while it's dropped and don't spin one end of it... great videos BTW!!

I presume the engine shift cut and gear change itself can all be done with the ecu so no need to push a button on the steering wheel?
