  • this music gives more pleasure than sex, if u disagree u dont have enough musical appreciation and you are disgusting.

  • @1komanche Sorry, but I don't agree... if you think that this music gives more pleasure than sex, maybe you haven't had enough "good quality" sex at the moment =)

On the other hand... I have never get an orgasm listening to music... however, some times an orgasm is less intense than the pleasure this music gives me xDDDDD

  • @Zhylar read my message again.

  • @1komanche Now I am a bit confused... you said this music gives more pleasure than sex and I say no, I prefer sex =D

  • @Zhylar i would say this is greater than sex lol

  • Virgil Donati = greatest fucking drummer of all time!

  • Evripides Evripidou: that might just be the coolest name ever.

  • @phozk It's a greek name, there's shitloads of such names here. Clitos Clitou...

  • @ryder187mac Clitorix Clitou? really? Sorry... simple joke, it was very innapropiate =D

  • @Zhylar That was the point :) There's also ridiculous "hadji" and "papa" prefixes added to some surnames, and often the names are the pretty much the same as the surnames. So you could meet an "Aristos Hadjiaristou" and it would be perfectly normal ;D

  • I think I've paid my fair share of dues to Virg. He's my favorite drummer alive. I bought this album. I studied a litle out of one of his books. Etc.

But damn it if he doesn't look just like Squiggy, from Laverne and Shirley.

  • VIRGIL IS A MONSTER !!!

His drumkit and cymbals sound very good on this CD "Serious Young Insects". It really captures Virgil's skills to the fullest ! Unfortunately not all Planet X cd's are produced this good :(

  • the name of the book is virgil donati ultimate play-along drumtrack edited by alfred, very awesome!

  • Is there a play along cd that comes with it?

I'd love to learn all this stuff!

  • Yes, there is a CD with it with the tracks both with and without drums :D it also has some slowed down sections of some songs.

It's a great book, and a great learning tool to see how Virgil has applied his concepts and ideas

  • 1:15-1:18 way way tougher

  • Yeah that's just ridiculous.

You should check his book. There's a transcription of this song and others - drum parts. Together with songs, normal speed and slowed down. 4 OTV songs, 4 PX-Universe.

    Cheers.

  • PLEASE PLEASE tell me what that book is called?? I LOVE PX and I play drums, so maybe I can learn something!!

  • I love the fill he does at 1:53...maybe not as hard as the other, but it sounds so powerful and has so much energi in it!!!

That fill makes that whole section just jump away haha

  • brutal! para mi Virgil es uno de los mejores bateristas del mundo. simplemente es genial...
