  • I lift.

  • Good work by the athletes but their coach is telling them to go up at parallel rather than below parallel, making it harder to bounce at the bottom of the lift (and also not meeting the CrossFit standard).

  • @textroot Do you lift ? Or are you like 99% of the people who comment on video's and don't ? If so,why don't you show us all how it's done ..........
