Actually, Senna is the only girl which Ichigo has been shown to definately have feelings for, he hasnt shown that he likes the other girls, other than his generic protective feelings and caring as freinds, Senna is the only person which hes shown to have stronger feelings towards, its beleived that he actually has fallen in love with her but obviously they remove his memorys to make this easier to add in at the end.

She no longer exists, all memories of her have been removed from everyone who was in contact with her after she passed away, she completely ceased to exist to everybody, although Ichigo does seem to recognise the red ribbon as something important, I found it touching how he lied to let her be happy before she died, saying that she had truly existed when the gravestone proved that she didn't (she was too exhausted to be able to read it so he lied saying her name was on it)
