The only issue I have with these postings...is that every time they show them, they dotn't fully say what Doug is playing! What guitar and model? What pickups?? Does he have any pedal in between his guitar and head?? What model Marshall?? :(

Tasteful & very sweet guitar playing, quite Marino-esque to my ears. He had the best guitar sound live I've ever heard with the Whitesnake tour.

@sackvilleshredder123 Doug plays with such ease! I see Doug very much like Randy Rhoads! he is an extention of his guitar, you can't say that about alot of guitar players.

@IMurderdTheDevil fair point i see what you mean but some of the stuff Guthrie has to pull of live is ridiculous yet he seems to naturally be able to play it flawlessly with ease, i do understand where your coming from ive actually watched a few more vids of Doug :)
