@disembodiedlola Good spirts work trough you I guess at least thats how they work for me. My hands feel burning sensation and tingling at times. It is a sing of something good..(tingling coming to center of my arms) or something not so good..(tingling coming to lover on my wrists) ., but you must find your own purpose. :)

Wow this music was awesome. While listening and watching the colors swirl around as my eyes were closed I saw them take the form of what looked like at first the wings of a butterfly then slowly it took the shape of one. I wonder what it was trying to tell me. It was a beautiful sight to be hold. I hope you continue to add more songs like this up. =)

Life lived after this one is The real life because it is eternal with no time limitations. No aging and no worries.That is only for those who studied well in this life that is limited by time.Studying well reminds me of my school exams when I used to need more time to study my subjects and strengthen my knowledge lol.Anyhow this life,limited to time,is not real.Its just a test.Results R real though but not Life itself.Time passing by is recorded history!If time is constant then life is real!:-D

Thanks so much for sharing this! I have an exam in less than an hour and I have been epic stressing, but I do feel much more centered and powerful after doing this little video meditation.

I was yet again reminded that I am never alone, for there is no place where She is not. Even if I were in a concrete cell, I am part of Her, so She would be there.
