I used to feed my cat outside and leave anything he didn't eat for the magpies who love catfood it seems. Then one morning I came out to find 4 of them surrounding him doing exactly what is on your video. I suppose they wanted all the food for themselves. I had to feed him inside from then on. It worked. I haven't seen them since.
