You aren't kidding about that. One of these days I'll take another video since it truly has filled up. Some nice projects have come through and he wishes the space were larger. oh well...it helps to put a limit on the size of projects he can take on.
Nice work space for a one man operation, some metal cabinetry for flammables and racking for material will do nicely. I couldn't tell how the drywall met the floor but make sure sparks can't get into that space. Safety first and carry on!
@crabblike great observations. tim's a safety man himself so did consider the space next to the floor and put up 3" baseboard style metal to prevent sparks from entering.
@jacktheripped dang...you got me there. I post infrequently to do show & tell of my husband's metalwork but yeah, fall flat when it comes to the correspondence part.
@Christown21 the burner is propane...and with such a belated response you probably have moved on since this question. In any case, may your endeavors continue.
@mobile06074 Belated responses ...the floor is concrete.

Heh, it doesn't look like he's quite moved into it yet. That place will fill up fast once he gets going. :)

@Morderesh it's the type that is used in glass kilns. not sure of the cost per square foot as I got this from a friend.
