I think it was a bad idea to go to their (tween and teen) fans for their logo. Besides, they never defined what their problem was. What is the problem they're trying to solve with their new logo? It's supposed to go with their new type of music and image they're trying to create. Well... that music is unreleased to fans, so they wouldn't know how to design the feel of the logo to match the feel of the new music. Should it look slick? Rough? Edgy? Whimsical? We don't know...
