If you have the symptoms but have not gone thru the medical test then it is called meniere syndrome. The symptoms are: sense of fullness in the ear, buzzing, cracking sounds in the ear, hearing lost, dizziness and episodes of strong vertigo. The episodes of vertigo may cause: sweating, nausea, vomiting and, in some occasions, diarrhea. These symptoms may be caused by several conditions. So you need to go to the ENT (ear, nose, throat) doctor to know what is causing them.

I completely understand what you are saying. I myself have had the "Rocking Boat" feeling while sitting, standing and lying in the bed. And having both Meniere's and Tinnitus on top of each other is NO fun at all! It took a few doctor's before being diagnosed with the Meniere's. I don't have Meniere's but I have Tinnitus that I got from antibiotic eye drops (tobramycin) a year ago. I'm 26 years old.
I love music and this pisses me off.
I also need white noise to go to sleep.
