I love the zydeco. Was anyone at the Queen Ida gig at the Half Moon in Putney in 1980-ish. Fabulous night , she really rocked the joint. she had a fiddle player named La Roux who was fantastic. Hope she comes to the UK again!

Queen Ida and the Bon Temps Zydeco Band played my wedding reception in the 1970's. Dancing to her wonderful Zydeco music with my family and friends that day is one of the happiest memories of my life. What a woman! What a fais do do!
