I'm only in JROTC, and think I can say I got the gist of it. Funny as hell. I can understand it from our own "junior" perspective. I like the retention bit.
If you're not in ROTC the true depths of these jokes will be lost upon you. For example, every cadet learns how to execute a 3-second-rush, but they all suck really bad at at and it takes a good deal of work to get them to do it right. It's something you'd only really understand if you've seen it. Wonder if I should show this to my Colonel? HOOAH!
